2. Examination and implementation of the project

As part of the acquisition sheet, we collect various details, including personal data personal data from you as the client. All information is collected because they are necessary for the examination and, if applicable, realisation of the project. This also includes subsequent communication with you using the contact details provided.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the implementation of pre-contractual measures and, if a contract is concluded, the performance of the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Non-provisioning the data may result in the impracticability of the desired project as a consequence.

3. Data transfer and recipients

When you complete the form provided, we collect the contact details of the specified craft enterprises. As part of the application, we will pass on your data to our partners CREATON GmbH (Dillinger Str. 60, D-86637 Wertingen) and Jacobi Tonwerke GmbH (Osteroder Str. 2, D-37434 Bilshausen), as well as to the craft enterprises you have specified (roofer and/or electrician).

This transfer of data to our partners or to the craftsmen you have specified is for the purpose of cooperation in the examination and realisation of your desired project. The legal basis for passing on the data is our legitimate interest in coordinating the examination, planning and implementation of the project you requested. Our partners process your data exclusively for the purposes mentioned above.

The processing of your data by the craftsmen you have specified is carried out expressly under their own responsibility. If you have any questions about data protection at these craft businesses please contact these companies directly.

4. Duration of storage

Your personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for project processing or feasibility checks and deletion is not prevented by legal retention periods.

5. Right to lodge a complaint / rights of data subjects

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. Furthermore you are entitled to all data subject rights pursuant to Art. 15 et seq. GDPR. These are right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.

Furthermore, you have the right to contradict to processing based on our legitimate interest.

We will inform the recipients of your data immediately if you claim your data subject rights against us.
