Traditional workflow
No scaffolding, cranes or additional manpower. Autarq solar roof tiles are installed just like regular roof tiles. In contrast to conventional solar systems, the job is done once the roof has been tiled. Also: All you need for installation is already in your roofing toolkit.
Roofers and electricians work independently of each other. This makes for a clear delimitation of liability.

The installation of Autarq solar roof tiles doesn’t require substructures that penetrate the intact roofing.
Autarq solar roof tiles are installed just like conventional roof tiles – and behave like them, too. That means: They give the roof space for any weather-related movement.
Autarq solar roof tiles don’t disturb the air circulation underneath the surface: The air circulates completely unrestricted - as in the case of a traditional roof.
Service-friendly
No power electronics on the roof. Our solar roof tiles are parallel-connected and operate in the extra low voltage range below 120 VDC. This makes the roof safe at all times, and individual solar roof tiles are easy to replace.
Changes to the tile layout – for instance due to the installation of a skylight – are no problem.
